WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES OVER NORTHERN ILLINOIS
WILL MOVE TO NEAR DETROIT EARLY THIS AFTERNOON...THEN CONTINUE
TO NEAR LAKE ONTARIO WEDNESDAY MORNING. THIS LOW WILL THEN MERGE
WITH ANOTHER LOW MOVING NORTHEAST ALONG THE NEW ENGLAND COAST.
HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES OVER MANITOBA WILL EXPAND SOUTH
ACROSS THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL PLAINS THROUGH WEDNESDAY...THEN
SLOWLY MOVE EAST ACROSS THE LAKES REGION THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AS
IT SLOWLY WEAKENS TO 30.3 INCHES.
