.SYNOPSIS...THE 29.4 INCH LOW OVER NORTHERN MINNESOTA WILL WEAKEN
TO 29.5 INCHES AS IT CROSSES JAMES BAY WEDNESDAY NIGHT REACHING
QUEBEC THURSDAY. THE LOWS COLD FRONT IS JUST WEST OF LAKE MICHIGAN
AND WILL PASS OVER THE LAKE LATE THIS AFTERNOON. A 30.7 INCH HIGH
FORMS OVER THE PLAINS THURSDAY NIGHT...PASSES OVER THE WESTERN
GREAT LAKES AT AROUND 30.5 INCHES FRIDAY NIGHT...AND REACHES THE
EAST COAST SATURDAY EVENING. THE NEXT LOW OF 29.8 INCHES FORMS
