IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A BROAD AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES WAS
CENTERED OVER THE MID MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY EARLY THIS MORNING.
THE HIGH WILL DRIFT EAST ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY AND SOUTHERN GREAT
LAKES TODAY WHILE BUILDING SLIGHTLY TO 30.2 INCHES. THE HIGH WILL
CONTINUE TO MOVE SLOWLY ACROSS THE NORTHEAST AND SOUTHERN NEW
ENGLAND STATES FRIDAY AND SATURDAY...WHILE WEAKER RIDGING
AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES LINGERS TO THE WEST ACROSS THE SOUTHERN
GREAT LAKES. MEANWHILE...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES WILL DEVELOP
OVER SOUTHERN ALBERTA TODAY...AND WILL TRACK NORTHEAST ACROSS THE
CANADIAN PRAIRIE PROVENCES ON ITS WAY TO HUDSON BAY BY SATURDAY.
ANOTHER TROUGH AVERAGING 29.5 INCHES WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE
CANADIAN PRAIRIES AND THE NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS OVER THE WEEKEND...
