IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES WILL MOVE EAST ACROSS
HUDSON BAY TODAY WHILE HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.4 INCHES
CENTERED JUST SOUTH OF THE OHIO VALLEY DRIFTS SLOWLY SOUTHEAST.
LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE NORTHERN
PLAINS BY SUNDAY MORNING AND MOVE TO WESTERN LAKE SUPERIOR BY
MONDAY MORNING. ANOTHER LOW OF 29.6 INCHES WILL TAKE SHAPE ACROSS
THE SOUTHERN PLAINS BY SUNDAY NIGHT AND MOVE NORTHEAST ON MONDAY.
TOGETHER THESE SYSTEMS WILL MERGE INTO ONE LOW NEAR 29.6 INCHES
ACROSS CENTRAL TO SOUTHERN LAKE MICHIGAN BY TUESDAY MORNING. THIS
LOW WILL MOVE ONTO SOUTHERN ONTARIO BY TUESDAY NIGHT. HIGH
PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES WILL THEN BUILD ACROSS THE WESTERN LAKES
