IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.1 INCHES OVER SOUTHERN CANADA
WILL MOVE EAST ALONG THE CANADIAN BORDER TOWARD LAKE SUPERIOR BY
SUNDAY EVENING...AS IT SLOWLY WEAKENS. ANOTHER LOW WILL DEVELOP
OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS TONIGHT AND LIFT NORTHEAST TOWARD
ILLINOIS BY EARLY SUNDAY EVENING. THE TWO LOWS WILL MERGE OVER
LAKE MICHIGAN SUNDAY NIGHT AND BEGIN TO RAPIDLY INTENSIFY...
DEEPENING TO 28.8 INCHES AS IT NEARS THE MACKINAC STRAITS BY
EARLY MONDAY MORNING. THE LOW WILL TRACK NORTHEAST INTO QUEBEC
MONDAY NIGHT DEEPENING A BIT FARTHER TO 28.7 INCHES.
