WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE 30.5 INCHES CENTERED OVER ONTARIO
WILL SHIFT SOUTHEAST TODAY AND TONIGHT AND BECOME CENTERED OVER
LAKE ONTARIO AND THE ST. LAWRENCE VALLEY BY TUESDAY. THE HIGH WILL
THEN CONTINUE EAST AND OFF THE EAST COAST. LOW PRESSURE WILL
DEVELOP IN THE LEE OF THE ROCKIES TUESDAY THEN DEEPEN TO AROUND
29.4 INCHES AS IT MOVES NORTHEAST ACROSS IOWA TUESDAY NIGHT AND
ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN WEDNESDAY MORNING. THE LOW WILL THEN WEAKEN
AS IT MOVES INTO SOUTHERN QUEBEC THURSDAY MORNING. A SECOND LOW
WILL THEN MOVE NORTHEAST ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY AND INTO NORTHERN
NEW ENGLAND THURSDAY.
