IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...BROAD WEAK LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES CENTERED OVER
MINNESOTA WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST TO THE MID ATLANTIC BY TUESDAY
EVENING...AS IT SLOWLY WEAKENS. A SECOND LOW OF 30.0 INCHES WILL
TAKE THE SAME PATH SOUTH OF THE LAKE WEDNESDAY MORNING. HIGH
PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.4 INCHES WILL SPREAD OVER THE LAKE WEDNESDAY
NIGHT AND SLIP SOUTH OF THE LAKE THURSDAY NIGHT. A LOW AROUND 29.5
INCHES WILL MOVE OVER WESTERN ONTARIO FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND DEEPEN
TO AROUND 29.2 INCHES AS IT REACHES WESTERN QUEBEC SATURDAY.
