FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...The 29.4 inch low over western Manitoba will weaken
to 29.5 inches as it moves over western Ontario tonight. The low
will reach Quebec Friday morning and its cold front will pass over
the lake tonight into early Friday morning. The remnants of
Tropical Storm Cindy rapidly fill to 29.5 inches over the southern
Mississippi Valley today, and the low fills to 29.7 inches as it
travels east across the Tennessee and Ohio River Valleys through
Saturday morning. High pressure averaging 30.3 inches builds over
the plains Sunday and then spreads over the western Great Lakes
Monday.
