IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES WAS OVER THE DAKOTAS
THIS MORNING AND IS EXPECTED TO DEEPEN SLIGHTLY TO 29.4 INCHES AS
IT MOVES SOUTHEAST TO FAR NORTHERN MISSOURI BY THIS EVENING. THE
LOW WILL THEN TURN NORTHEAST TONIGHT...FILLING TO 29.7 INCHES AS
IT MOVES TO NORTHERN LAKE MICHIGAN BY LATE TUESDAY. THE LOW WILL
CONTINUE TO LIFT NORTHEAST TUESDAY NIGHT...AS ANOTHER LOW NEAR
29.5 INCHES TAKES SHAPE FARTHER TO THE SOUTH OVER CENTRAL
TENNESSEE BY WEDNESDAY MORNING. THIS LOW WILL DEEPEN TO NEAR 29.2
INCHES AS IT LIFTS NORTH TO THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES WEDNESDAY
EVENING...AND TO 28.9 INCHES AS IT CONTINUES NORTHEAST ACROSS
SOUTHWESTERN ONTARIO THURSDAY MORNING AND INTO QUEBEC. WEAK
RIDGING AVERAGING 29.9 INCHES WILL MOVE ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN
