FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front will move south across the lake
this morning. Another area of weak high pressure will move across
the region tonight and Thursday. A trough of low pressure will
develop over the northern and central Plains Thursday into Friday,
and then is expected to move across the Great Lakes region this
weekend.
