WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...WEAK HIGH PRESSURE RIDGING AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES OVER
THE LAKE EARLY THIS MORNING WILL MOVE QUICKLY SOUTHEAST TODAY...AS
AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES MOVES FROM NEAR LAKE
WINNIPEG SOUTHEAST INTO NORTHWEST WISCONSIN WHILE WEAKENING TO
29.8 INCHES BY THIS EVENING. THE LOW WILL CONTINUE TO FILL TO A
TROUGH AVERAGING 30.0 INCHES ACROSS ILLINOIS BY TUESDAY MORNING.
HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES WILL THEN SPREAD SOUTH ACROSS THE
WESTERN LAKES ON TUESDAY...BEFORE DRIFTING SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE
OHIO VALLEY BY EARLY WEDNESDAY. ANOTHER LOW OF 29.8 INCHES WILL
DEVELOP ACROSS THE PLAINS WEDNESDAY...AND WILL SLOWLY DEEPEN TO
29.7 INCHES AS IT MOVES EAST ACROSS ILLINOIS WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND
PASSES JUST SOUTH OF LAKE MICHIGAN EARLY THURSDAY. THE LOW WILL
MOVE TO THE ATLANTIC COAST THURSDAY NIGHT...WITH HIGH PRESSURE OF
30.4 INCHES MOVING INTO THE MIDWEST AND WESTERN LAKES FRIDAY.
