* WHAT...For the Freeze Warning, a 90 percent chance for
  sub-freezing temperatures as low as 29. For the Freeze Watch, a 70
  percent chance of freezing temperatures as low as 31.

* WHERE...Central Siskiyou County, including the Shasta and Scott
  valleys.

* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, until 8 AM PDT this morning. For
  the Freeze Watch, from late Sunday night through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
