Despite dry weather continuing, moisture increases some today
with minimum RH values falling to around 40 percent this
afternoon. At the burn site, light and variable winds this morning
are forecast to increase by late morning out of the east.
Occasional gusts this afternoon could reach 20 mph. Daytime smoke
dispersion will be good to very good.
