.DISCUSSION...Winds will become northeast to east on Tuesday and east
to southeast on Wednesday as high pressure over South Carolina early
Tuesday slides southeast over the Atlc and well offshore the Florida
east coast on Wed. No wind or low RH concerns. Dispersion values will
be Good to Very Good Tuesday and becoming generally Good Wednesday
afternoon.
