  Sound, Coastal waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS out
  20 NM and Coastal waters from Okaloosa Walton County Line FL
  to Pensacola FL out 20 NM.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility will make navigation difficult.
