.DISCUSSION...SKIES WILL CLEAR OUT TODAY AS HIGH PRESSURE OVER
HUDSON BAY BEGINS TO BUILD OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES. EXPECT THE
HIGH TO REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY THROUGH THE REST OF THE WEEK.
TEMPERATURES WILL WARM INTO THE 50S TO NEAR 60 INLAND BY FRIDAY.
NORTHEAST WINDS OUT OF THE HIGH COULD GUST TO AROUND 20 MPH OVER
MUCH OF UPPER MICHIGAN EACH DAY AND WILL KEEP TEMPERATURES ALONG
LAKE SUPERIOR IN THE 40S. NIGHTTIME LOW TEMPERATURES WILL DROP TO
AT OR BELOW FREEZING INLAND. MINIMUM HUMIDITY WILL FALL BELOW 30
PERCENT MOST DAYS INTO THIS WEEKEND. THE NEXT CHANCE OF SCATTERED
