.DISCUSSION...HIGH PRESSURE WILL LINGER OVER THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES
REGION TODAY. THE DRY AIR MASS ASSOCIATED WITH THE HIGH WILL RESULT
IN MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY FALLING TO 30 TO 35 PERCENT TODAY INLAND
FROM THE GREAT LAKES. WINDS WILL BE MOSTLY UNDER 10 MPH WITH LAKE
BREEZES DEVELOPING OFF THE GREAT LAKES FOR THE AFTERNOON HOURS. AS
THE HIGH PRESSURE EXITS...SCATTERED SHOWERS COULD ENTER THE PICTURE
OVER THE WEST HALF OF UPPER MICHIGAN FRIDAY. THE POTENTIAL OF
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL INCREASE OVER THE WEEKEND WITH THE
