20 knots by mid afternoon. Cloudy. A chance of freezing rain
possibly mixed with rain, freezing drizzle and snow through early
afternoon. Freezing rain possibly mixed with snow and rain by mid
afternoon. Waves 3 to 5 feet occasionally to 7 feet subsiding to
2 to 4 feet.
.TONIGHT...Northeast wind 15 to 20 knots. Cloudy. Freezing rain
likely through midnight. A chance of drizzle by midnight. A
chance of freezing drizzle by midnight. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
.TUESDAY...Northeast wind 5 to 15 knots backing northwest less
than 10 knots in the afternoon. Freezing rain likely in the
morning, then freezing rain possibly mixed with rain showers in
