offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will prevail
across the area tonight through Sat, before finally shifting S of
the waters Sat night. A weak warm front will cross the waters Sun
into Sun night. A weak cold front will drop S across the area Mon
and Mon night, while a weak high moves offshore N of the front. A
low will move S of the area Tue and Tue night.
