.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...Strong high pressure will be
centered N and NW of the area early tonight and will move farther
W and SW away from the waters later tonight and Fri through Sat
night while gradually becoming weaker. High pressure will slowly
build E towards the N and central coast later Sun and Sun night
then expand to the N and NW of the area Mon and Mon night, and
persist into Tue night. A coastal trough along the N and central
coast will weaken tonight and persist as a weak trough through
Sat and Sat night, then strengthen again over the N and central
coast later Sun into Sun night. The coastal trough will intensify
later Mon through Tue night along the N and central coasts.
