  kt. For the second Small Craft Advisory, seas 7 to 10 ft at 12
  seconds and southwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt
  expected.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Falcon to Cape Foulweather OR
  out 10 NM, Coastal waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM PDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected. Steep swells with seas
  around 7 ft at 8 seconds. Occasional wind gusts up to 23 knots.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
  especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
  Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 4.46 kt at 228 PM Saturday.
  Seas 6 to 7 ft. Ebb current of 5.55 kt at 305 AM Sunday. Seas 7
  ft. Ebb current of 4.53 kt at 323 PM Sunday. Seas 7 ft.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
Bar. Mariners are advised to obtain the latest bar conditions
from the United States Coast Guard before attempting to cross the
bar.
