...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM AST THIS EVENING...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of Puerto Rico, including the following
counties, Ceiba, Humacao, Las Piedras, Maunabo, Naguabo and
Yabucoa.
* WHEN...Until 600 PM AST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 306 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has
fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Humacao, Las Piedras, Naguabo, Yabucoa, Maunabo, Ceiba,
Emajagua, Anton Ruiz, La Fermina, Punta Santiago, Martorell,
Aguas Claras, Playita, Roosevelt Roads, Bajandas, Candelero
Arriba, Pena Pobre, Rio Blanco, Comunas and Pueblito Del Rio.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
