...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 1215 AM AST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall across Rio Guanajibo
  and its tributaries.

* WHERE...Hormigueros, Mayaguez and San German.

* WHEN...Until 1215 AM AST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 615 PM AST, Emergency managers reported flooding on road
    347 in San German. Flooding is already occurring in the
    warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
