...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 245 AM AST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive runoffs continues.

* WHERE...Comerio.

* WHEN...Until 245 AM AST.

* IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from
  earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1043 PM AST, USGS gauge reports indicated that Rio Grande
    de Manati remains above flood stage. Flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly in the warned area.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
