The rip current risk will continue to be high today as strong southeast wind results in elevated surf. Wind and surf are expected to remain elevated through at least Monday with a high rip current risk continuing. A decrease in wind and surf is expected to start on Tuesday, but long wave periods and onshore flow may allow the high rip current risk to linger into the middle of the week.
