Including the following locations: Babb, East Glacier Park, Saint
Mary, Marias Pass, Kiowa, and Logan Pass

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON MDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 4 and 10
  inches, with higher amounts above pass level. Winds gusting as
  high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...East Glacier Park Region Zone.

* WHEN...Until noon MDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult and tire chains may be
  required for some vehicles. Those in the backcountry should ensure
  they have appropriate knowledge and gear and may want to consider
  alternate plans. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
  visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The worst roadway impacts will occur during
  the overnight and morning hours. The heavy wet snow may cause
  isolated power outages.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions can

  inches. Lower amounts are forecast toward Judith Gap. Winds
  gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Little Belt and Highwood Mountains.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM MDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult and tire chains may be
  required for some vehicles. Those in the backcountry should ensure

MDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Wet snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 5
  inches along the Belt to Geyser corridor. Total snow up to 2
  inches elsewhere. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Cascade County below 5000ft and Judith Basin County and
  Judith Gap.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to noon MDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Localized snow amounts around 6 inches will
  be possible between Belt and Geyser. The worst roadway impacts
  will occur during the overnight and morning hours. The heavy wet
  snow may cause isolated power outages.

  on the plains, with an additional 4 to 8 inches in the mountains
  of the Southern Rocky Mountain Front. Winds gusting as high as 45
  mph.

* WHERE...Northern High Plains and Southern Rocky Mountain Front.

* WHEN...Until noon MDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Slush and or snow covered roads could cause difficult
  travel conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly
  reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The worst roadway impacts will occur during
  the overnight and morning hours. The heavy wet snow may cause
  isolated power outages.

  ranges. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Big Belt, Bridger and Castle Mountains and Snowy and
  Judith Mountains.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM MDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Slush and or snow covered roads could cause difficult
  travel conditions. Those in the backcountry should ensure they
  have appropriate knowledge and gear and may want to consider
  alternate plans.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow amounts over Bozeman Pass look to be
  less than an inch or so. The worst roadway impacts further north
  will occur during the overnight and morning hours.

  travel conditions.
