.YESTERDAY...

LOW PRESSURE PASSING BY TO OUR SOUTH BROUGHT A FEW SHOWERS TO
SOUTHERN WISCONSIN DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING. RAINFALL
AMOUNTS WERE ON THE LIGHT SIDE...AROUND A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH.
OTHERWISE...CONDITIONS WERE DRY WITH MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES IN THE NORTH
AND PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES IN THE CENTRAL AND SOUTH. HIGH
TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM AROUND 50 IN THE SOUTHEAST...TO THE LOWER
60S IN THE NORTHWEST. READINGS WERE A BIT COOLER ALONG THE GREAT
LAKES.


.OVERNIGHT...

LIGHT RAIN AND DRIZZLE ENDED IN SOUTHERN WISCONSIN SHORTLY AFTER
MIDNIGHT WITH SOME CLOUD COVER LINGERING IN THIS PORTION OF THE
STATE. TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE UPPER 20S IN NORTHERN
WISCONSIN TO THE MID 40S IN THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE STATE.

.FORECAST...

A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL BE MOVING INTO THE WESTERN PORTION
OF THE STATE TODAY WHICH WILL HELP WINDS TO LIGHTEN UP WHILE
TEMPERATURES REMAIN AT OR BELOW NORMAL. HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY
WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER 40S NEAR LAKE MICHIGAN TO THE MID 60S IN
NORTHERN AND WESTERN WISCONSIN. WARMER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ON
TUESDAY BEFORE A COLD FRONT MOVES THROUGH THE STATE IN THE
AFTERNOON AND EVENING. A 1 TO 2 HOUR PERIOD OF RAIN SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS IS EXPECTED AHEAD OF THIS COLD FRONT AS IT SURGES
SOUTHWARD ACROSS THE STATE. A GRADUAL WARMING TREND IS THEN
EXPECTED FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK WITH DRY CONDITIONS.
