PRECIPITATION FOR LA CROSSE WI IN NOVEMBER...

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR NOVEMBER WAS 36.6 DEGREES WHICH WAS 0.6
DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL. THE AVERAGE HIGH WAS 45.4...NORMAL IS
43.8...WHILE THE AVERAGE LOW TEMPERATURE WAS 27.7...NORMAL IS 28.1.
THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE DURING THE MONTH WAS 65 DEGREES ON THE 24TH.
THE LOWEST READING OCCURRED ON THE 10TH AND WAS 12 DEGREES.

LA CROSSE RECEIVED 0.35 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION DURING THE MONTH OF
NOVEMBER WHICH WAS 1.66 INCHES BELOW NORMAL. THE GREATEST 24-HOUR
PRECIPITATION AMOUNT WAS 0.13 INCHES WHICH OCCURRED ON THE 17TH.

AFTER A VERY WET OCTOBER, PRECIPITATION WAS HARD TO COME BY DURING
NOVEMBER WITH ONLY 0.35 INCHES RECORDED. THIS RANKED NOVEMBER 2017
AS THE 13TH DRIEST ON RECORD. SNOWFALL WAS ALSO LACKING WITH ONLY A
TRACE RECORDED, NORMALLY THE AREA WOULD SEE 4.1 INCHES. THERE HAVE
ONLY BEEN 15 YEARS ON RECORD WHERE SNOWFALL HAS BEEN A TRACE OR ZERO
DURING NOVEMBER.  TEMPERATURES DURING THE FIRST PART OF THE MONTH
TENDED TO AVERAGE BELOW NORMAL, WITH THE LAST HALF TENDING TO BE
MILDER.
