HOT AND HUMID CONDITIONS WERE THE ONGOING STORY FOR THE MONTH OF
JULY...AS DAILY TEMPERATURES RANGED ABOVE NORMAL...WITH BELOW NORMAL
RAINFALL NOTED. ALTHOUGH NORTH LITTLE ROCK ONLY MANAGED TO REACH AT
OR ABOVE THE CENTURY MARK TWICE...WITH 100 AND 102 DEGREES ON THE
25TH AND 29TH RESPECTIVELY...WARM LOW TEMPERATURES KEPT AVERAGE
TEMPERATURES ELEVATED.

AS FAR AS PRECIPITATION...MOST OF THE RAIN FELL DURING THE FIRST
HALF OF JULY...WITH A SCANT 0.20" OF RAINFALL FALLING DURING THE
LAST SIXTEEN DAYS OF THE MONTH.

.MONTHLY TEMPERATURES...

THE AVERAGE HIGH...THE AVERAGE LOW...AND THE AVERAGE MONTHLY
TEMPERATURES WERE THE WARMEST SINCE JULY 2012.

.TEMPERATURE RECORDS TIED OR BROKEN DURING THE MONTH...

THE AVERAGE MONTHLY LOW TEMPERATURE FOR JULY 2015 WAS THE 9TH
WARMEST FOR ANY JULY ON RECORD.

A LOWEST MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE WAS SET ON THE 3RD WHICH HAD A HIGH OF
ONLY 76 DEGREES. THIS BROKE THE OLD RECORD OF 82 DEGREES SET IN 2014.

.DAILY RAINFALL RECORDS TIED OR BROKEN...

A RECORD RAINFALL AMOUNT OF 0.85" FELL ON THE 15TH...WHICH BROKE
THE OLD RECORD OF 0.58" SET IN 1989.
