THE DECEMBER THROUGH FEBRUARY PERIOD STARTED OFF WARMER THAN
NORMAL...BUT A COOL FEBRUARY BROUGHT OVERALL TEMPERATURES TO JUST
1.1 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL FOR THE SEASON. THE SEASON WAS ALSO THE
FIFTH DRIEST WITH TOTAL PRECIPITATION OF 1.04 INCHES COMPARED TO A
NORMAL VALUE OF 1.68 INCHES...WHICH IS 0.64 INCHES BELOW NORMAL.
