AUTUMN OF 2017 WAS THE VERY WARM (8TH WARMEST) AND SLIGHTLY DRIER-
THAN-NORMAL AT LA CROSSE, WI.  MORE DETAILS CAN BE FOUND BELOW.

TEMPERATURES...8TH WARMEST AUTUMN

FROM SEPTEMBER 1 THROUGH NOVEMBER 30 2017, LA CROSSE REGIONAL
AIRPORT HAD AN AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 53.2 DEGREES.  THIS WAS 3.6
DEGREES WARMER THAN THE 1981-2010 NORMAL OF 49.6 DEGREES.  THIS MADE
IT THE 8TH WARMEST AUTUMN AND IT WAS ALSO THE THIRD CONSECUTIVE YEAR
THAT THE AUTUMN WAS AMONG THE 8 WARMEST.  2015 WAS THE THIRD WARMEST
AND 2016 WAS THE WARMEST.  TEMPERATURE RECORDS DATE BACK TO OCTOBER

THE COLDEST HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS 31 DEGREES ON NOVEMBER 10TH.

THE WARMEST LOW TEMPERATURE WAS 72 DEGREES ON SEPTEMBER 22ND.
THE COLDEST LOW TEMPERATURE WAS 12 DEGREES ON NOVEMBER 10TH.

FROM SEPTEMBER 1 THROUGH NOVEMBER 30 2017, LA CROSSE REGIONAL
AIRPORT RECEIVED 7.31 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION.  THIS WAS 0.43 INCHES
