Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS....A light-to-moderate wind and low sea state is
expected this weekend and into early next week with broad surface
high pressure across the Gulf. Isolated rain showers this
weekend, mainly for the Gulf waters. Showers and storm activity
expected to increase by mid-week as a large upper-level low-
pressure area moves into the Western Gulf.
