Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...A powerful cold front continues to surge through the
lower Texas coastal waters this morning, and should clear all
areas by Noon. Dangerous marine conditions, Strong wind and high
seas, should persist through Wednesday night. Winds look to
diminish but seas or a high swell may continue to impact the
region Thursday through early in the weekend. Gale Warnings are
in effect, with Small Craft Advisories also likely to be issued
during the coming days.
