Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

Synopsis for Baffin Bay to Rio Grande out 60 nm-

.SYNOPSIS...Marine conditions across the coastal waters will
quickly deteriorate late this morning and afternoon as north
winds strengthen ahead of a strong high pressure system. A Small
Craft Advisory is in effect for all Gulf waters and the Laguna
Madre through this evening and likely into Wednesday across the
Gulf waters. The surface high will drift eastward on Thursday with
southerly flow returning. The next cold front will arrive Friday
night with adverse marine conditions likely. Periodic Small Craft
Advisories will be possible again Friday into the weekend.
