.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Wind speeds will continue to gradually weaken tonight with seas
slowly subsiding by late in the night. A continued improvement in
marine conditions will occur on Wednesday. A moderate northeast
flow is expected Wednesday night, with weakening winds on
Thursday. A coastal trough will develop late Wednesday night and
Thursday, resulting in a chance for rain. Another weather
disturbance will affect the area Thursday night, increasing the
rain chances through Friday. Onshore flow will develop Thursday
night, as the surface high moves east. A more southerly flow is
expected on Friday through the weekend, as the coastal trough
weakens and low pressure develops in the Southern Plains in
response to a more potent upper level system. A frontal boundary
will move offshore Sunday night, resulting in a weak to moderate
offshore flow.
