NORTH OF KAUAI WILL SHIFT EAST TODAY. A FRONT WILL MOVE OVER THE
AREA MONDAY AND CHANGE TO A SHEAR LINE.
A STRONG HIGH BUILDING NORTHWEST OF THE AREA WILL PRODUCE NEAR-GALE
FORCE TRADE WINDS FROM MONDAY THROUGH TUESDAY. A LARGE WNW SWELL
WILL PEAK TONIGHT.
