WILL OCCUR AFTER A COLD FRONTAL PASSAGE ON WEDNESDAY. STRONG TO
SEVERE STORMS COULD PRECEDE THE FRONT. WINDS WILL THEN VEER TO THE
NORTHWEST AND DROP BELOW HEADLINE CRITERIA THURSDAY MORNING. LIGHT
