.SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BECOME WIDESPREAD AGAIN TONIGHT NORTH
OF A STALLED FRONT NEAR THE ARKANSAS AND LOUISIANA BORDER. THIS
WILL BE IN RESPONSE TO A LARGE SYSTEM APPROACHING FROM THE
SOUTHWEST UNITED STATES...AND INTERACTING WITH THE FRONT. CENTRAL
AND SOUTHERN SECTIONS OF THE STATE COULD PICK UP TWO TO THREE
INCHES OF RAIN AND LOCALLY MORE.

* FLASH FLOOD WATCH TO INCLUDE PORTIONS OF CENTRAL ARKANSAS...
  EASTERN ARKANSAS AND SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS...INCLUDING THE
  FOLLOWING AREAS...IN CENTRAL ARKANSAS...LONOKE...PERRY...
  PRAIRIE...PULASKI...SALINE AND YELL. IN EASTERN ARKANSAS...
  MONROE. IN SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS...ARKANSAS...DESHA...DREW AND
  LINCOLN.

* THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING

* TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS MUCH OF THE
  WATCH AREA THROUGH SATURDAY...WITH LOCALLY MORE THAN THREE
  INCHES. THE WATCH INCLUDES AREAS SOUTH OF WALDRON...LITTLE
  ROCK...AND STUTTGART.

* MANY OF THE AREAS IN THE WATCH AREA HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED 2 TO 3
  INCHES OF RAIN. WITH THE SOIL ALREADY SATURDATED IT WILL NOT
  TAKE MUCH RAINFALL TO GET RUNOFF AND FLASH FLOODING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE

  AREAS...IN CENTRAL ARKANSAS...GARLAND AND GRANT. IN SOUTHEAST
