NORTHWEST TENNESSEE TONIGHT THROUGH 3 PM TODAY...

.A SLOW MOVING ARCTIC COLD FRONT WILL PRODUCE PERIODS OF MODERATE
TO HEAVY RAIN AND EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE BOOTHEEL OF
MISSOURI AND NORTHWEST TENNESSEE THIS MORNING THROUGH EARLY
AFTERNOON. TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE IN
THE WATCH AREA. RAIN WILL CHANGE TO A WINTRY MIX AS COLD AIR
SINKS SOUTH BY MID-AFTERNOON...PUTTING AN END TO THE FLOOD THREAT.
