...FLASH FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 2 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flash Flood Watch for portions of western Maryland, east
central Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia will expire at 2 AM
EDT early this morning. Light showers will continue in the pre-
dawn hours, but additional rainfall should be negligible.

While additional heavy rain is not expected, runoff is still
causing some flooding across portions of southwestern Pennsylvania
and eastern Ohio. Please continue to heed ongoing Warnings and any
road closures.
