...FLASH FLOOD WATCH HAS EXPIRED FOR THE RIM FIRE BURN AREA...

THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR A PORTION OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA HAS
EXPIRED. HEAVY RAIN HAS ENDED OVER THE RIM FIRE BURN AREA
ALTHOUGH A FEW LIGHT SHOWERS ARE POSSIBLE OVERNIGHT.

RAIN GAGES IN THE RIM BURN AREA RECORDED WELL OVER AN INCH OF
RAIN. HETCH HETCHY NEAR GROVELAND RECORDED ABOUT AN INCH AND A
THIRD (1.31")...AND NEARLY TWO INCHES (1.97") AT CHERRY VALLEY.
MOST OF THE RAIN FELL BETWEEN 1230 PM AND 230 PM.

THUNDERSTORM CHANCES ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY WILL MAINLY BE LIMITED
TO THE CREST OF THE SIERRA AS SOUTHWEST FLOW ALOFT SHOULD PUSH ANY
THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT EAST OF THE BURN AREA.
