TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED WATER EIGHT INCHES DEEP ON SOME
AREA ROADWAYS IN PERKASIE. UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY
FALLEN FROM EARLIER THUNDERSTORMS AND IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME FOR AREA
STREAMS AND CREEKS TO FULLY RECEDE.
