The National Weather Service in the Quad Cities has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Jones County in east central Iowa...

* Until 1000 AM CDT Saturday

* At 356 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. 3 to 4 inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Anamosa, Monticello, Cascade, Olin, Wyoming, Oxford Junction,
  Martelle, Onslow, Morley, Center Junction, Langworthy, Stone City,
  Canton, Jones County Fairgrounds, Oxford Mills, Pictured Rocks
  Wildlife Area, Wapsipinicon State Park, Hale, Camp Courageous and
  Scotch Grove.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
