The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a

* Arroyo and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Southwestern San Miguel County in northeastern New Mexico...
  Northeastern Torrance County in central New Mexico...

* Until 1000 PM MDT.

* At 756 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding in
  the advisory area, as well as ponding of water on roads, including
  Interstate 40 around Clines Corners.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Clines Corners.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Do not drive your vehicle into areas where the water covers the
roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your car to cross
safely.
