* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR MINOR FLOODING OF POOR
  DRAINAGE AREAS IN...
  WESTERN WILLACY COUNTY IN DEEP SOUTH TEXAS.
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...LASARA...RAYMONDVILLE

* UNTIL 200 PM CDT

* AT 100 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS INDICATED
  RAINFALL RATES OF TWO INCHES PER HOUR FROM THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE
  ADVISED AREA.

THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING VERY SLOW OVER RAYMONDVILLE AND WILL BE
AFFECTING HIGHWAY 77/69C AND ALL LOCAL COUNTY ROADS AND HIGHWAY 186.
RUNOFF FROM THE HEAVY WILL POSE A THREAT OF FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.
