  Colorado River Above above Silver affecting Coke County

Has crested and is expected to continue to fall below flood
stage today.

The Flood Warning is cancelled for
  The Colorado River Above above Silver.
* At  8:00 AM Sunday the stage was 14.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Fell below flood stage at  5:00 AM Sunday.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to 5.8 feet by tomorrow
  morning.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet...Minor flooding will occur. Oil equipment and
  ranch land will be threatened.
