TROPICAL STORM BONNIE IS EXPECTED TO MOVE SLOWLY TOWARDS THE MIDDLE
SC COAST TODAY, THEN MOVE SLOWLY NE ALONG THE UPPER SC COAST
TONIGHT AND MONDAY WHILE WEAKENING TO A DEPRESSION. EXPECT RAIN
ACROSS MUCH OF OUR FORECAST AREA (FA), WITH LOCALLY HEAVY AMOUNTS
POSSIBLE. THE BEST RAIN CHANCES MONDAY MAY SHIFT TO THE E/SE FA, AS
THE STORM SLOWLY WEAKENS AND MOVES SLOWLY TO THE E AND NE.  SURFACE
