THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING.  AFTER THAT...A COLD FRONT WILL
APPROACH THE AREA...PASSING THROUGH THE REGION FRIDAY.  RAIN
SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT THE REGION
AHEAD OF THIS FRONT. WINDS THURSDAY WILL GENERALLY BE LIGHT
AND VARIABLE...THEN BY FRIDAY THEY TURN MORE SOUTHERLY WITH
SUSTAINED WINDS AROUND 10 MPH...AND GUSTS UP TO 15 MPH.  THERE
WILL STILL BE A CHANCE FOR PATCHY FOG THURSDAY MORNING DUE TO
LIGHT WINDS...MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES...AND LOW-LEVEL MOISTURE.  BY
FRIDAY MORNING...MIXING SHOULD BE BETTER AND THE CHANCE FOR FOG
