.DISCUSSION....Dry weather and unseasonably warm temperatures will
continue through Tuesday. High pressure over the region today will
move offshore Tuesday. An onshore flow will bring increasing
moisture tonight and Tuesday. A few showers are possible
Tuesday evening.

For today...Transport winds will be northeast around 10 mph
with min RH values from 30 to 35 percent and max mixing heights
3000 to 3500 feet.  Patchy fog is possible late tonight.

For Tuesday...Transport winds will be east to southeast 10 to 15 mph
with min RH values ranging from 35 percent across the North Midlands
to around 50 percent across the South Midlands and CSRA.
