.DISCUSSION...
Onshore winds will continue to bring moisture into Southeast Texas. Excellent RH
recovery this morning. Warm and humid conditions will prevail today as winds
increase this morning. A slow moving cold front will move into the region late
Sunday night and Monday bringing scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms along
with the threat of locally heavy rainfall.
