LOWER DESERTS THROUGH THURSDAY. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN ABOVE
NORMAL THROUGH THURSDAY. MINIMUM HUMIDITIES WILL DIP TO THE MID
TEENS TO LOW 20 PERCENT RANGE. WINDS WILL FOLLOW NORMAL PATTERNS
