around 20 percent across southwestern SD and northeastern WY. Winds
there will be breezy, but not as strong as those across south central
SD. Chances for showers and thunderstorms will return this afternoon
and evening, with some strong to severe storms possible. Cooler
weather is expected for the rest of the week, along with continued
chances for showers and storms.
