5 TO 10 MPH THIS MORNING WILL DIMINISH AND SHIFT TO THE SOUTHEAST
LATER THIS AFTERNOON. CLOUD COVER WILL INCREASE THROUGH THE
MORNING WITH RAIN SHOWERS DEVELOPING IN THE MID TO LATE AFTERNOON.
RAIN WILL TAPER OFF TONIGHT AND FRIDAY MORNING BEFORE THE NEXT
ROUND OF SHOWERS DEVELOPS IN THE LATE MORNING AND AFTERNOON
FRIDAY. CONDITIONS WILL BE SLIGHTLY COOLER WITH HIGHER RH VALUES
