.DISCUSSION...Northwest winds developed behind a dry cold front
and will remain gusty through the afternoon. The winds will
diminish this evening - becoming light by midnight. Moisture
associated with a trough will enter the area from the north on
Thursday. This system will support a chance of showers and a
slight chance of afternoon thunderstorms. Winds will be weaker
(except in the vicinity of thunderstorms). Minimum humidities
will be much higher.
