.DISCUSSION...
There will be periods of rain today as well as isolated thunderstorms
across the Southeast. Minimum relative humidity today will drop to
75 to 85 percent. Some storms this afternoon may produce hail in
the southeast. Tonight colder air will spill into the state changing
rain over to snow. Minor accumulations are possible Northeast.

                    late in the afternoon.
