.DISCUSSION...A warming and drying trend is expected through the
middle of the week. Recoveries will be mostly good overnight
tonight, but developing easterly winds may cause some of the
taller ridges to begin drying out before sunrise. Temperatures
Monday will be approximately 10 degrees warmer than they were
Sunday, and another 5 degrees warmer Tuesday. Humidity will
steadily decrease tomorrow through Tuesday, both in terms of
low afternoon minimums and poor overnight recoveries at higher
elevations. Easterly to northeasterly offshore winds will
strengthen Monday morning and persist through early Tuesday before
weakening. This will primarily impact the exposed higher
elevations, while valleys will be mostly sheltered.
